1. Front entrance spotless and inviting.
2. All windows freshly cleaned, crystal clear.
3. Fragrance your home whether by oils or fresh flowers. (avoid strong scents).
4. Remove all clutter, clean out cupboards.
5. Any animals should be either off premises or out of sight.
6. Freshly mow/trim lawns, edges and gardens.
7. Patios, decks and outdoor entertaining areas should be hosed down and uncluttered.
8. Remove cobwebs from eaves and gutters.
9. Home should be cosy or cool depending on time of year.
10. After greeting Agent, tenants or owner should make themselves scarce for duration of viewing.
