Some time ago, Ray White decided we should offer our customers a consistent helping hand to navigate the various stages of their property transactions. The result was Ray White Concierge. Since it's inception, we're proud to say Concierge has become one of Australia's most switched on contact service centres.
Through Concierge, vendors and purchasers of property through all Ray White offices have access to a range of complimentary professional services to help with their property transaction, including:
- 30 days free insurance - through Ray White Insurance
- Utility connections/disconnections - through Ray White Connect
- Home Loan assessment - through Loan Market
Consider Concierge as an umbrella brand for these services, instead of offering 3 different flyers for all these services - we simply call it Concierge and offer one platform as a service provider:
30 days free insurance
Ray White Insurance: no strings attached, starting from either contract date or settlement date or any day in between of the customer's choosing, the complimentary policy gives our customers instant peace of mind and covers them in the unfortunate event of something happeing to their new home.
Building is covered up to replacement value of $750,000 and fixed contents are covered up to replacement value of $10,000 - underwritten through Allianz.
Connection/Disconnection of utilities
Ray White Connect: phone, electricity and gas and other related services; this service can save hours of time and multiple phone calls to various utility providers. It ensures the connections and disconnections actually taking place when and where they're supposed to, as well as providing support if something goes wrong.
Loan assessment
Through Ray White's finance arm Loan Market, we have access to several hundred different loan products and is able to organise finance on our customer's behalf - often saving them tens of thousands of dollars over the life of their loan. They're also able to help customers who may be having trouble finalizing their finance for whatever reason, with direct links to most major lenders.
