Repair forms are to be completed and either faxed, emailed or dropped into our office for non urgent repair jobs, we have a system that we follow and require all repair requests in writing. Please ensure that all the required information on the form is completed.
Regardless how minor you think the issue may be we do require notification on maintenance jobs.
